Restoration Projects
A location of excellence
The estate is located in one of the richest areas of beauty in Italy: art cities, spas, natural parks, all enclosed within a few dozen kilometers.
The magnificent location, surrounded by unspoiled wooded nature and very close to one of the most beautiful seas in Tuscany, makes the Borgo di Perolla estate an ideal place for the development of high-quality tourism.
The property intends to bring back to life the buildings of the medieval Borgo, which will be restored with a conservative approach to enhance the austere beauty of the buildings.
Sustainability and Accessibility of the Territory
Outside the Medieval Village, all the necessary facilities for an elegant guest reception in line with the natural spirit of the estate are being studied. These are projects designed with sustainability in mind, and plans are also being studied to make the estate energy self-sufficient by using only energy from renewable sources.
The ancient paths will be restored to the best of their ability, allowing people to enter the forest in absolute safety and reach the most beautiful places on the estate including the beautiful “Frate di Perolla” caves, which can be visited with the assistance of speleologists.
Borgo di Perolla wants to become an example of growth according to criteria of economic, social and environmental sustainability.
